*Vimly handles the COBRA Administration and Retiree Administration of all WCIF plans. Retiree will receive COBRA and Retiree information from Vimly when they leave active employment if they were WCIF covered under medical, dental or vision plans as an active employee.

Any life insurance coverage the retiree had as an active employee can be converted to individual insurance. Please contact your employer for the appropriate conversion form or visit Forms. Also, The Standard plans are self-administered by WCIF. Please contact WCIF with questions regarding your coverage amounts.
